Providing Your Telephone Number

Cellular®, MetroPCS®, InterOp, Cellcom, C Spire Wireless, Cricket, Virgin Mobile, and others. Not all carriers may support our SMS/MMS service. T-Mobile® is not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Data Collection and Use
We may collect information in connection with our SMS service, including your mobile number, carrier name, message content, and timestamps. This information is used to deliver services you request, provide support, and improve our communications.
Service Modifications and Termination
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue this SMS service at any time, with or without
notice.
Indemnification
By participating, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Hoban Brothers Motorcycles against any claims related to your provision of a number you do not own, failure to notify us of number changes, or any violations of the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) or state law equivalents.
Participation Requirements
To participate, you must be at least 18 years old, own a wireless device capable of text
messaging, be a customer of a participating wireless carrier, and have an active text messaging service plan. Service availability and compatibility may vary by carrier and device.
Miscellaneous
You warrant that you have the authority to agree to these terms. If any provision is found invalid, it will be limited to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will remain in effect.
